Sims freeplay teleporter tasks

Does it depend on device? Or is my game glitching or something? I play on a Samsung galaxy s5 BTW. I think this is a glitch as the maximum should be 10, contact EA to see if they can fix this issue for you. Is there any way to possibly get these now?
