It is the first of a series of value-added publications in print and electronic format for our stakeholders in the aviation community.

One of the main objectives is to make it simpler for everyone to work with and comply with the European regulations.

The printed version of this handbook also includes a CD with the bookmarked text for easier and faster reading. It is a living document which will be routinely updated as the rules evolve, in order to provide stakeholders with an up-to-date consolidated version. While we are aiming for high quality from the outset we also intend to continuallyimprove our products.

We would like to acknowledge the cooperation of all involved in the making of this handbook, and we do hope that it facilitates the accessibility of the Rule.
